October 30, 200223 yr I have a main file, Items, and 2 related files, Charges and Costs. The Items file is indexed automatically with a record number field. When a new record is created in the Items file I wish to also create a new record in both the Charges and Costs file, and assign the record number from the Items file to the identifiers of the related files, thereby cementing the relationship.
