chris_brown Posted November 8, 2002 Posted November 8, 2002 Hello Im currently trying to set up a mail merge to microsoft word from a filemaker database. The problem Im having is that I need to specify specific data like all the jobs done by the sales rep Adrian. I have tried to run the query so that it will merge all the jobs done by adrian and merge all the fields into the word doc. But when I change the query and click on return data it wont let me merge. Any advice is appriciated Thanks Chris
