Printing envelopes with FMP 5.5 and OSX 10.2.2

My problem is this: I am using FMP 5.5 v2 on a G4 with OSX 10.2.2. I am using an Apple personal laserprinter 320. When I upgraded to 10.2.1 and subsequently to 10.2.2 FMP will no longer properly print an envelope. The fields are shifted from the left side towards the center of the envelope approximately 1-1/2 inches. The layout is correct, the page set-up is correct. When I view the envelope in preview mode, it is correct. My only way around the problem was to use the print center dialogue to preview in Acrobat Reader. From there I am able to print correctly.

I reinstalled 10.2 and the problem went away. Uprgrading again to 10.2.2, the problem returned. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
