Formatting text fields as a Calc Field

I want to set up a calculation field that concats text fields together. The fields are name, address, city, state, zip. I can get them to concat without any problem but I want the name to appear on line 1, address on line 2 and city/state/zip on line 3. How can I force a carriage return after the name and address field?
