Calculated Field Unique?

Dear All,

I have 2 fields, f1 and f2 , and a calculated field c . c = f1 & f2 . since I don't want people to duplicate (f1 & f2) so I make calculated field c. But Calculated field does not have option for unique. How can I make it unique so people can not duplicate (f1 & f2) = c.
