The revert record menu command is a good way to undo changes to a record if you happen to notice the error before you exit the record. Other than that, you can create an audit trail field (see the samples forum for a couple of examples). The book by Moyer and Bowers ( see the resources forum) describes an audit trail technique that's complete with a rollback feature. As for run-on sentences, try changing some of the commas to periods.
