Does anyone know how to get the 'Address Book' in MS Word into a tab- or comma- separated file so that it can be imported into FM? Or is there some other solution?

Other than to merge it into some "fake" list, envelope, or labels in Word, I am not sure there is a direct conversion.

Which particular address book are you referring to? (Microsoft has made a bit of a mess with all the different places you can store such information.) Is it the windows address book, the outlook express address book, or the outlook contacts folder? If you are just clicking on the address book icon from Word, it probably gets your windows address book ( unless you have set that up to run one of the outlook ones) The windows address book does exports into comma separated files. Could you describe your setup in a bit more detail?
