exporting from FMP to FoxPro via .dbf

Featured Replies

We need to send out our data to somebody who uses FoxPro on windows (not sure what version). FMP will export to .dbf (dbase?), which is what the foxpro guy wants. However, the files won't open for him. We can import them (the FMP generated dbfs) into Q&A just fine (and the .dbf export out of Q&A works for him), and he can import them into excell and then into a .dbf that works with foxpro. Tab delimited works, but we'd like to use .dbf

So what's the deal?

btw, we're using FMP6 on windows
