I have a products db solution, there is around 1000 products (records) and 30 db in total.

My customer are complaining that they are losing records and they are.

I have checked all dbs that is related to

have you checked for duplicate Product IDs or whatever field they are matching?

Import using "matching records only" does import each ID only once - that's the purpose of it. And if you make sure that product code "Xaa" is not matched by "XAA", you will have to set the field's sort language to "ASCII".
