Newbies chris161272 Posted November 23, 2001 Newbies Share Posted November 23, 2001 Hi! I've got some data from FM 1.0 Pro from Mac and just want to import them to FM5.5Pro Win. Steven H. Blackwell Posted November 23, 2001 Share Posted November 23, 2001 You have to "step up" thru Mac OS versions until you get to 2.1v3 or 3.0. Then the cross platform version will work. An alternate approach would be to export the text and just import it into the 5.5v1 file if you don't have to rebuild too much structure. Indeed it will, but the step through process will detect any (likely) corruption earlier and have a better chance of repairing it.
