ODBC drivers and untime solutions

Hi,

I'm creating a runtime solution that will be going out to many users. Will they be able to do mail merges in Word using data in the solution files? I'm sure that they'll need the FM ODBC drivers to do it. Can these be distributed as part of a solution and installed like other ODBC drivers on the users' systems, or would this violate the liscensing agreement with FM?
