Here's a post form anther fourm, and since they don't have sample files here goes.

Here is the question.

thanks chopper! i don't quite grock your solution however. what is the function of the "behind the scenes" fields?

i do see how the FirstNameCalculated field allows the user to choose a different name for the mailing label than the user's first name.
