Phone Dialing

I am trying to use the dial function to dial a pager. I can enter the pager number 000-000-0000 and it works, but i need to put pauses after the phone# in order to send additional # 000-0000 followed by a # to tell paging company that i am finish with the call. any suggestion, can it be done. thank
