Send Message To All like in Remote Admin

My customer is requesting the ability to notify all users on the fmserver that a sale has been logged - to build team rapport. Is there a way to utilize the Send Message to all feature found in Remote Administration from a script? Or a way to play a sound on all users PCs? Windows environment.

it is possible to notify all users of a solution to be alerted by simply changing a field value in one related database. Then have that field apear in the header or footer of every layout of every hosted file ...

With the help of a plugin, you can monitor that field and trigger a send message step - but why would you interrupt someoney's work by a dialog box :

Another aproach is to script WinPopup to send a message to all users using dde or WSH.
