I am running FMPro Unlimited 5 on 1 mahchine as the host and using WebStar on nother machine as the web Server.The connection is fine, but once logged into the host via a browser the HTML is not being constructed properly and is distorted.Is this a Filemaker problem or a WebStar problem?Has anyone else had this problem?

Are you using Instant or custom?

Sounds like you are using instant. If you view the instant with Netscape it will not look right. Netscape does not handle the CSS that instant web pub uses. Try with IE if that is the case.
