Changing pasword from First level security

Hi All,

I would like to know if there is a way to script to change password in first level. It means that I don't want to click (shift + file ) to open then go to access privilege and change password. I want to know if there is a way to go to a layout and change it.

there is a menu item "change password" (if using restricted password to log in) as well as a script step.
