fmp flash screen upon open--turn it off?

i am interested in creating a flash screen for when someone opens their db. however, when fmp is currently opened from being closed (it's usually kept open most of the time) the filemaker pro flash screen comes up, and i don't want users to have to sit thru 2 flash screens if i can make one of them my own, with the company logo etc...

does anyone know of a way to turn off the default flash screen?

It would be possible to remove the flash screen by hacking the .dll files but this is in breech of your license agreement which states the flask screen must stay.
