How do passwords affect my scripts? If User-A's Access cannot create New Records or Delete records, will my scripts be able to do these things while User-A is logged in?

No. The script is limited by the access privileges. It might be a good idea to check the password (actually the group associated with the password) early in the script to make sure things go as planned.
