I've gone through the demo, and Filemaker looks good. However, I need to import a number of old Q&A databases. Is this possible?

Possibly! Check out the import formats that FMPro uses, then check out the export formats that are available in Q&A. If you have a match then it is possible.

FileMaker will import the following:

BASIC .BAS

ClarisWorks .CWK or .CWS

Comma-Separated Text .CSV or .TXT

DBF .DBF

DIF .DIF

Microsoft Excel .XLS

FileMaker Pro .FP5, .FP3, or .FM

HTML Table .HTM

Merge .MER

SYLK .SLK

Tab-Separated Text .TAB or .TXT

Assuming you have the Q&A program check out thier export options.

The demo didn't come with help files, and I can't find that info on their web site.
