Script to creat new Record

I need help with a script.

First I want to preform a lookup

and if a match is not found creat a new

record for data to be entered.

Its a Kiosk and I'd like a script to creat it if noe is found!

Instead of making a script wouldn't it be just as quick to do a find based on the lookup value you're trying to find. Then if there are no matches just click the new record button?

Maybe I'm not totally understanding your question. If not please reword your question.
