I apologize for the newbie question but I have a layout with 30 column fields, of which, I can only see 15 at one time. Is there a script that will allow me to select a check box (from a value list) in field 15, keep that value, scroll the window to end to see fields 16-30, then move the cursor to field 16. I would prefer the script to auto occur after I select a value in field 15. FYI, field 15 is Type of Reports with a check box value list of Local, State, and Government. Field 16 is a text box to describe the reports. Thanks in advance for your help.

I did an FMP 4 course a year or so ago, and FMP cannot do that. You'd have to click on a script to achieve that.

However in the course the instructor told us about a plug-in that adds this functionality: the ability to run a script when leaving a specified field. hat's what you need.
