We are running a calandar (Just text)to keep track of reservations. Since we are running crossplatform (Mac Server -PC Terminal) we use colors to define the following.

Unsecured= (Bold Condended)

Paid= (Green/Bold/Condensed)

Secured- (Red/Bold/Condensed)

I need to know if I can record an action and save it as a script etc. so that it will simplify the process. Any suggestions.
