greger Posted August 7, 2003 Posted August 7, 2003 Hi, I have a database that I run on MAC OS9 and OSX with a script that creates pdf-files. With OS9 I use Adobe PDF-printer, but in OSX I want to use the bulit in PDF-printer. How do a choose the built in PDF-printer as the default printer? The script I use to name and create the pdf's is Troi file plugin 2.6.1 Greger
ernst Posted August 7, 2003 Posted August 7, 2003 Hi Greger, The built-in pdf printing option does not emulate a printer, it's an option in the printer dialog that's just there, no matter which printer you select. The path where to the file is stored in the page-setup script step. Therefore I don't think that you can use the file-plugin to name the .pdf file. We just had an intersting (?) discussion about that one thread below this one, so I suggest you check that one out for further clarification. Regards, Ernst.
