Fenton Posted August 9, 2003 Share Posted August 9, 2003 I use a separate "log" file for bulk mailing/emailing history. It is populated by an Import from the Customers file, at the time of the mailing. Customers is where the "many" records are. Use an ID. Put the "mail header" info (data which is the same for all of that batch) into global fields (NameEmail, etc.) in the Customer file, so they can be imported with the "many" IDs. The log file will have a lot of records. But you'd mainly use it to see if someone got a partcular bulk letter, from a CustomerID relationship from the Customer file.
