how to add an accessible field in find mode ?

Im not sure what you mean by an 'accessible field'. All fields that are accessible in Browse Mode are also accessible in Find Mode.

If you want to access a field in Find Mode that is not set to be accessible in Browse Mode then you need to write a script that takes the user to another 'find' layout that contains the field you require to acces.

Seems like I have had some global fields, particularly with a related value list, not accesible in find. Can't remember the exact instance but I was a litttle frustrated.
