I've got to completely redo the FileMaker work on a client's PC which needs to do the following: print on two printers, fax and email. I set the system up such a long time ago that I can't remember what I used to get it to switch between all this, and am thinking of using the Change Printer plug-in. Anybody have any feedback on this item? Or anything else that does the trick?

It's a Win 98 machine running FMP 5.5 on an FMServer network. The printers are Epson FX-880 and Dymo LabelWriter 330.

I have did this a long time ago. I used an application that writes directly in the register of filemaker. It always worked fine...but when i can find the software...i'll let it know here:)

I made a plugin to do this. It took me about an hour to make since it just required chaning a registry setting. You can download it if you want at

and its totally free. It will only work on FM 5.0, 5.5 and 6.0, and there is a different function for each version.

I can't download that file: get a wierd message from Tripod. Is there anywhere else I can find it?
