I'm fairly new to FM, I am attempting to build a record template which i can enter detailed information on Work we require to do for that particular job. All is ok so far, however i am at a point where i fill in the simple blanks (like address and numbers), but with every new record that will be entered, the work needed to be completed varies (ie some times we have three jobs, other times 15 jobs). Could anyone tell me the way that i could somehow create a button that can generate afew new fields to enter more work.... (i have created the first fields, where one is a POP-UP MENU with the type of work, and then a text field where we enter out details of the work)..

You need 2 files: Works and Jobs.

Create a relationship between the files and a portal where the works will show up in the jobs.

This way you will be able to generate as many works as you need for each job.

(unless it is the opposite )
