large text files lookin pretty with text fields

can someone please help. i have large text files that i just moved over to Filemaker 5.5. these files had contained lists, so i re-created them using TABS. however, everything looks fine and dandy on the screen but when printed, text is jumbled. what should i consider my path in order to format these documents correctly?

any help would be much appreciated. cheers!
