XML import from PHP generated output

I have a problem with import of an XML structure via a PHP generated XML structure.

It seems to work on my local machine, but it does not work on the one of my provider. Does he need the XMLRPC add-on on his machine?

If I import the same structure via an existing XML file everything works fine.

any ideas?
