jenniweiss Posted March 18, 2001 Share Posted March 18, 2001 It's easy to limit what fields and layouts a user can see using groups and access under access privilages. It is harder to limit users to a subset of the records. Somewhere I saw a solution that used a self relationship based on user name and layouts that were esentially giant portals.
