Error when inserting MS Word doc into FMP 6 db

This may be in the wrong forum but I am trying to insert a MS Word doc into a FMP6.04 db container field. I get

"FileMaker Pro cannot complete the operation because of an OLE (0x80004002) error." message. Any advice? I am running Windows 2000 with Office XP. Thanks DG
