I have a database where people can say yes or no or primary to whether they are in a certain group. I want to be able to sort/search these fields by yes&primary. Not all people answer no, if their not in the group all they do is leave it blank so I can't just omit the no's. Please help.

I think if you omit the "no's" and use a New Request to create a request that omit the blank field, you would solve your problem

Yes, Pedro is correct. He is referring to a New Find Request to do the second step. I would probably do the opposite and find the data that you want rather than omitting the data that you don't, It just seems a little easier to me:

In Find mode -- type in Yes then do a new find request and type in Primary and both sets will be found.

I hope this helps,

Cael.
