Jason Goldsmith Posted October 7, 2003 Posted October 7, 2003 In this example, there are 10 fields. If data is entered into any one of the ten fields, the other nine fields are "locked" and data cannot be entered into any of them. Is there a way to accomplish this? This would solve a huge problem I'm experiencing. Thanks in advance!
Jason Goldsmith Posted October 7, 2003 Author Posted October 7, 2003 That works! Thanks for the opening up the world of validation by calculation. Jason Goldsmith
BertBoye Posted October 7, 2003 Posted October 7, 2003 You're welcome. You can add a calculation that turns the field's background to red so the users see that they cannot enter any value.
Jason Goldsmith Posted October 10, 2003 Author Posted October 10, 2003 That sounds useful. How do you change the color of a field with a calculation?
