Runtime not consistant

Or I'm missing something .... again.

OBKICKER is a file that imports a record and then calls an external script to find data and export it.

OBSTART is a file that just runs an external script from the same file as OBKICKER but different script.

Both are looking at CHART on the FMS. OBSTART is supposed to sit on a client and open the entire application by simply calling the INITIALIZE script of CHART.

Both files have been run thru SDK and been bound. OBKICKER works just fine. OBSTART does not. It says that it cannot open the file because it is not part of "this solution"

What is the difference? Both call the external script in the same way.
