RGB Values change when importing graphic

When I attempt to insert a picture of my company logo in to FM the RBG values shift from the original. The logo consists of only one color RGB (0,75,141) but when it comes into FM, it shows as RGB (0,25,196). I've tried several file formats and different colors; they all shift dramatically unless I do something like (255,0,0) which only shifts slightly to (255,2,0). Any Ideas?

What file format are you using? Also, what platform are you on, and what version of FileMaker?

FM 6 on OS X; File types: .eps, .psd, .jpg, .tif , .tga

Test it with a web-safe equivalent colour.
