Find and print only certain criteria

Featured Replies

I have a carrier checkbook that I want to print only the Carriers that made over $600.00. I have a Layout with Date, Payee, and Check amount and also A calculated field that has Total check amount. I did a find on the date and sorted by the payee, but only want to print the ones who were paid over $600.00. What am I missing here? Or can't I find only the ones that are in a calculated field? Please help I am going crazy trying different approaches. Thank you mad.gif" border="0

Sounds like you would be best off doing the following:

When you do your initial find, include the criteria of date and also >600 in the calculated check total field. Then sort by Payee and you'll have a list sorted by Payee that is only checks over $600.

Yes, you can find and sort on a calculated field. From your description, it sounds like you just left out the part of the find on that total check amount field.

I hope this helps,

Cael.
