Mac to PC connection with Timbuktu

Greetings. I'm trying to connect a Mac to a PC remotely (dial-up) using TIMBUKTU. I can get the mac to dial the access number but the PC does not connect. I'm not too versed in TCP/IP Networking. Any help/tips will be greatly appreciated.
