Layout adjustment

I have a portal with a string of text follwoing.

How do I make it dynamic so that the text shift according to the number of record display.

If you're referring to the placement of the text when the layout is previewed or printed, then a solution to your problem would be to apply sliding characteristics to the portal.

To do this, go to layout mode, select the portal and the text beneath it then go to the Format menu and choose 'Sliding/Printing'. In the resulting dialog, slect the option to 'slide up' and enable the checkbox to 'reduce the size of the enclosing part'.

Once you've done that, your layout will have the same appearance in browse mode, but the text will be moced up to sit immediately below the last portal row when the layout is previewed/printed.
