All my schools reports (1800+) are generated in FM Pro 5.5 and printed off for parents - this works well and is much appreciated. However we are now placing them in secure 'files' on the internet in PDF format. They are distinguished, one from another, by a unique number which is in a field within each student's file. Print the file (make the pdf) with a constant name, eg: Mypdf.pdf then use protolight's FREE (yes LEE it is FREE - JK) FileToolbox plugin to rename the newly created file to anything you want eg BillySmith2003.pdf Charles Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
