I have a date field as ##/##/####

I want to find all records with a birth date in December.

What do I enter in the date field (in Find mode) to produce this result?

You can't do it directly. You have to create a calculated field cBirthMonth with the formula:

Month(BirthDate)

Then search for a value of 12 in this field.
