December 12, 200322 yr Newbies I'm using FMP6 to host a couple of databases. I need to share them in a LAN and remotely. Is there a way to setup a password just for the remote access and not for the local? Thank you, Caio
December 12, 200322 yr Give the LAN users an opener file with the default password set into its document preferences. Otherwise you're pretty much out of options, except sharing the files through custom web publishing and using the Web Security databases. I guess Citrix or similar could also be an alternative for the remote users. But why leave *any* database without security?
