Howe9999 Posted December 18, 2003 Share Posted December 18, 2003 I have a small office network - three G'4 and one IBM - everything works great together with filemaker as long as I am working on 'remote computer' If the connection sits idle for just a short time the connection is cut off and we need to reopen remote file. stanley Posted December 19, 2003 Share Posted December 19, 2003 Are you on FM Server? If so, there is a timeout adjustment which can be made on the server, to disconnect idle guests.
