How can I flag missing customers

Hi

I am working on a project that the company wants to find out who attends their weekly functions. People sign in and get a badge everyweek . They would like the attendance sent to a dedicated file where it can report and flag who has been missing for a while so they can contact them. So the external file keeps getting added to each week and the attendance is stored there not in the main file.

It might mean that the external file has a percentage of showing in it.

It might mean that the boss has gets a list of people not showing for a specified number of weeks in a row.

I am just trying to find the best and most efficent way of doing this.

Just wanted some feedback . And I appreciate it
