Hello All -- This is my first post. I thank you in advance for any help you can lend. I have a problem with address labels. I print address labels from within Filemaker and modify the layout so they print properly on the label paper. But, when I create a PDF file to send to a collegue over email, there is a problem with shifting. I tried to find a way to embed the fonts can't figure it out. And tried to print to a Postcript printer HP4ML. Still shifting. Any suggestions? Thanks again, crossfire_kid

What version OS and FMP?

I'm using Filemaker Pro 6.0v4 on Mac OS 10.3.2 and I believe I have the same version on my Windows XP system (another location, so I cannot check it now.) thanks.

Is it a font problem or a page size or page margin problem?

I found the problem, it turns out that there is an option on the print screen for Acrobat which shrinks the document to fit the page. I turned that off and the labesl printed perfectly, as they did direct from Filemaker. Thanks for suggesting the margin area. regards, Rich
