In Average,Count,Extend,Getrepition,Max,Min,NPV,STDEV,Sum or GetSummary an expression was found where a field alone is needed.

I tried to use other fields and I get a message The Field can not be Found.

I'm trying to calculate a total for a relational record. A portal total summary.

Make sure you're not putting the field name in quotes. To make sure everything is kosher, doubleclick the function you want to use from the function list, and then doubleclick the field name from the field list. This will ensure that the syntax is correct.
