Looking for real world experience.

I need to scan a single page into PDF format and attach to a FMP structure. Sounds easy enough, heh?. What I would like to do is

1. Enter FMP

2. New Record

3. Hit a button to scan

4. Auto-Saves the PDF into the record

Anybody aware of an off the shelf solution? Have any ideas on a solution? I have access to any scanner/ADF. I am just trying to cut out the "scanning in a separate program" and attaching the record to the file.

Try the InsideScan plug in from http://www.powersolutions.it - Cross-platform scanning directly into Filemaker. Uses TWAIN. We've been using it for over 2 years with much success.
