button script to find by a value list item

I have a field called programs. It's value list comprises all the agency's programs (departments.) I want to have a user be able to click a button that will find all records associated with his/her program without having to perform a find and then having to check the boxes of the applicable programs in find mode. Help please.

allow the user to enter the program of their choice into this field.

The find script would then be:

Enter Find Mode []

Set Field ["Program","gprogram"]

Perform find
