Regular password knowledge

Hey!

Here comes a rather easy question but my knowledge is limited!

I've one file which contains a number of users whith there personal passwords. How do I create the script that will ask them for there username and password, verifie that the data is correct and then make the users log in with limited acces preventing them to go to certain layouts and delete certain records.

Well from this description it appears that your file may not be configured correctly. There is no account based log-on. You can however require that users be a member of a Windows domain before being able to access the FileMaker Server CPU.
