Auto entry of fields after lookup

I have one database with 10 fields. On new record entry, field one

does a lookup of all previous record "Field One"'s. Upon user selection, the current new records' "Field One" gets filled by a previous records "Field One". Is there anyway I can grab "Field 2-4"'s data from that previous record and autofill the new records "Field 2-4"'s with that data?
