I have 2 layouts that are basically page 1 and page 2 of a lesson plan. I created a button to print the current record but it will only print the layout I am viewing. Is there a way to have it print both layouts at the same time? I really don't want to have to create a new layout if I don't have to. his will be distributed to other teachers and many are not familiar with FM (Heck this is my first REAL database!!) It was not meant to analyze data just store lesson plans and search for them by Unit and/or Lesson. I attached the file to see what you think.

In your Print script, you can print, then change to the second layout, print again, then switch back to your original layout.
